Refunds and Returns
At Moonstone Trading Co. we take pride in handcrafting each candle we produce and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If any problems arise our return policy is as follows:
Returns will be accepted if you received a defective or the incorrect product. Returns are determined on a case by case basis.
Please note, if you live in a hot climate and the candle has some melting upon delivery or crystals and other attached items slide around the candle due melting, this is not considered damaged or defective. At Moonstone Trading Co. we do our very best to properly pack your orders to so they arrive in their original state. However, we can not control all aspects of delivery such as temperatures within transport vehicles and warehouses as well as delivery placement and time.
Tips for receiving items in the heat/hot climate
- Do not leave packages outside in the heat or the sun try and bring indoors ASAP
- If you can't be home to receive your order see if a neighbor or friend can pick it up and hold it for you or place in the shade
To be eligible for return:
- Support@moonstonetradingco.com must be notified within 5 days of delivery
- Please include photos or the damage or defect or incorrect product
- Misuse is not considered a defect. Please see our candle burning guide for detailed instructions
- Item must be unused meaning "unburned" or "unlit" and in its original packaging with all pieces
- Once your item is reviewed and approved we will issue a return
- Return will be issues in the same form of payment used to purchase
Smudge bundles, crystals, and pendulums
Smudging products, individual crystals (not in a bundle or candle) and pendulums are not eligible for returns.
Gift Cards are non refundable
Shipping charges are non refundable. We do not offer exchanges.
