To use: Place in a nonflammable holder. Use a lighter or a match to light the tip on fire. Once the tip begins to glow red gently blow out the flame. The incense stick will begin to smolder and give off a fragrant smoke.

Do not touch lit incense. Keep incense and ash on heat resistant surface. Do not leave unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets

THE BEST!

I love EVERYTHING Jackie makes! She literally cannot make anything that's no less than delightful! I like the candles for overall tranquility, but the incense are perfect companion for my mindful practices. The nice thing is she has different scents for the vibe you're trying to accomplish. If you can't wind down, grounding is excellent for a meditation practice; calm and balance is great for a soft yin or slow flow; and protection I find to be good for an active vinyasa as well as other types of yoga or meditation. The scent also lingers long after the incense burns out, as well!
